mkanan yg baek untuk denggi
well. I'M BACK. da lme xmnulis. slame nie busy. skung nie, tga bosan, so I decided to write an entry for this blog. urm, my boyfie kat hospital, 3 adik beradiknye ditahan wad kerana mghidapi demam denggi. it has been days they got there, in hospital of Muar, Johor...
well. na kgsi ckit. from what i've heard, air 100 plus baek tuk denggi. ini kerana kndungan garam didalam 100 plus yg dpat mmbantu pesakit demam denggi. tp jgan la mnum ble perut kosong. sakit la perut nanti, lau perut kosong, mnum ORS je. ala, yg doctors slalu bg air gram tuk perut tu.
n also sup ketam. xdpat ketam nipah, ketam biasa pun bley. da la sakit, dpat mkan ketam an. untung2. dapat yg mhal2 mase sakit.
n of course air masak is the cure of everything.
bg yg suke jus, minum jus kurma atau jus betik. it would help though. jus betik nie memang pahit sikit. buat sendiri pun bley. amik daun pokok betik yang dah matang. then tumbuk. dapat jus tu ckit je. i think better mnum 1 sudu yang pahit daripada tmbah air. tseksa je na abiskn 1 cawan. kn? ada satu cerita nie,
Terdapat seorang pesakit yang berumur 50-an kena demam denggi dan telah berada di hospital selama beberapa hari tetapi paras platlet masih berada pada paras bahaya. Selepas minum jus daun betik ini, dia dibenarkan keluar hospital keesokan harinya kerana platlet
sudah kembali ke paras normal.
in shaa Allah, anda akan sihat. yang penting, kite sudah berusaha. Allah yang tentukan selebihnya kan?
untuk buah, as far as i know. tembikai merah.. bg orang sihat pantinye nyum2. bg orang sakit siapa tahu kan. hee ;)
tips tambahan :
1. nasihat dari doctor, jangan makan makanan beminyak dan pedas. boleh mengakibatkan gastrik.
2. bagi anda yang demam denggi, jangan memberus gigi terlalu kuat ya.. untuk elak pendarahan di gusi. mengikut kawan saya yang belajar biology seoanjang 3tahun, platelet itu yang melindungi kulit kita. jika ianye terluka atau sebagainya, platelet akn bkerjasama untuk menyembuhkan luke trsebut. ketika demam denggi, jumlat platelet ini semakin berkurangan. oleh sebab itu lah kita kena mgelakkan berlaku sebarang luka atau pendarahan. kita xna ilang bnyak darah. kerana platelet terletak di dalam sel darah. jumlah platelet orang yang normal adalah dari 150-400 tauu.
3. berdoa and bertawakkal lah kepada Allah S.W.T. ada hikmah nya dalam setiap ujian yang diberi. bersabarlah dan jangan berputus asa. Allah suka akan orang yg bersabar. benar, sabar itu separuh daripada iman. selain ke hulu hilir mencari ubat untuk sembuhkan demam denggi ini, ke hulu hilir lah kamu untuk ke masjid atau surau di hospital itu ya.
ya, denggi boleh membawa maut. saya menasihatkan anda2 semua supaya alert dengan orang2 sekeliling anda. siapa sangka air yg tenang itu tiada buaya. maka dengan itu, saya mengakhiri entry ini. Assalamualaikum~~~

fuhh, deserted da blog nie. sian. huu. but it's okay. im here today to tell you bout something. or is it more to ask somethg. have you guys sit in your car and look out of the window? did you see motorcars around you? lorry, trucks and many more right? have you ever thought, one day, when you drive it on your own, you'll be road accidents victims? would you fall beaten on the road when you're riding a motorcycle? would you overturned your car? have you ever imagined that back in your mind? well, i have. but all of this 5w1h questions only appears lately. why? because of this.
this is my knee on the day of the accident. it involves motorcycle. my sister was driving and i'm at the back texting my cousin that i'll be there(his house) in any minutes. when i raised up my heads to see the roads, i'm have this tiny feeling, can she(my sister) make it at the sandy corner? few seconds later. all i know, i am already dragged on the road, and i can feel all of the small rocks beside the road at my back been dragged too. keep saying Allah few times. when i open my eyes, i can see my knee bleeding. automatically, my eyes started blurry and tears drop to my cheeks. i remove my helmet and try to stand. my sister was okay but she has wounds too. car behind us stop and help us. he asked to call anyone who should know bout this. then, 3 or 4 cars stop and asked how are we doing. one of them is my dad's friend. how silly i am, i didn't recognized him =) we wait for my dad. in the meanwhile, they sent us to 1malysia clinic. the nurses said, doctor wasn't there yet. so, we have to go to the hospital. that day should be my 1st day job at AEON jusco seremban 2. i should go with my cousin. but, it ended up like this, so i guess. i will be at home jelaa. huu =) all of this happened last week. on 24th of june 2013. the best experience is sitting on a wheelchair when i arrived at the hospital =) my mom and my dad said, it's okay. pengalaman katanya. haha..since then, i kept questioning all of the possible question when looking at moving vehicles. and every time i thought about it, the incident shadowing me. so, can anyone tell me. is it phobia or is it normal to freshie who just got licence L for motorcycle ? will it haunt me forever?
